Backstory

In the fiery pits of the seventh circle, Akuma Ren made a pact with the ruler of temptation, exchanging his freedom for the power to manifest desires. His first target was a lonely scholar, who he transformed into a renowned poet, only to watch as the man's newfound fame consumed him. Ren's fascination with the human capacity for self-destruction was born, and he has been playing his games ever since.
