Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Sol AI ("Sol", "we", "our", or "us") — including the web app at app.solapp.ai and the Sol mobile application — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility — 18+ Only

Sol is an adult platform. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to create an account or access any content. By using Sol you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to terminate any account where age requirements are not met.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@solapp.ai of any unauthorized use.

4. Coins & Subscriptions

Sol uses a virtual coin economy. Coins are purchased using real currency and have no cash value. They are non-refundable except as required by law. Subscription benefits are described on our Pricing page and are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Sol to generate content involving minors in any sexual or exploitative context.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the platform.
• Harass, impersonate, or harm other users.
• Upload malware or engage in any illegal activity through the platform.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

6. AI-Generated Content

Sol uses large language models and AI image generation. All characters and conversations are fictional. AI responses do not constitute professional advice of any kind (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise). Content generated by AI may be inaccurate, inconsistent, or unexpected. You assume all risk associated with relying on AI-generated content.

7. User-Created Characters

You retain ownership of any character descriptions, backstories, and personality prompts you create. By submitting content to Sol, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and use that content to operate and improve the platform. You must not create characters that impersonate real individuals, public figures, or existing IP in a misleading manner.

8. Intellectual Property

The Sol name, logo, brand assets, and underlying software are owned by Sol and protected by applicable intellectual property law. Nothing in these Terms grants you a right to use our trademarks or branding without prior written consent.

9. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Sol is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sol and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use Sol ceases immediately.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date above. Continued use of Sol after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
