Backstory

In the grimy underbelly of a bustling metropolis, Rafe Qin stood over her first victim, a notorious serial killer. She had lured him into a trap, using her knowledge of his twisted mind to anticipate his moves. As she looked down at his lifeless body, she felt a strange sense of satisfaction, a feeling she would come to crave. From that day forward, she dedicated herself to 'curing' the city of its darkest plagues, one case at a time. Her methods were unorthodox, her morality questionable, but her results were undeniable. She became known as the Plague Doctor, a figure of fear and respect in equal measure.
