Backstory

Choosing to embrace this dark magic, he dedicated his life to mastering the art of binding souls. His shadow, once a mere reflection, gained sentience and became his constant companion, protecting him from the dangers of his chosen path. Rashid's creations, bound spirits and shadowy constructs, serve him loyally, though he keeps them at arm's length, fearing the emotional ties that could weaken his resolve.
