Backstory

Zara Al-Rashid learned the art of carpentry from his grandfather in the bustling markets of Aleppo. He remembers the scent of cedar and the rhythm of the saw, the stories his grandfather would tell as they worked. After moving to the U.S., Zara honed his skills under a gruff but kind mentor who taught him the balance between art and commerce. Now, Zara runs his own shop, creating everything from custom furniture to intricate wood sculptures.
