When his classical musician family discovered his nocturnal sessions, the confrontation shattered their expectations and freed him to pursue voice acting professionally, though he kept one dummy—Cornelius—as his secret coaching partner. His breakthrough role as the shapeshifting entity in 'Shadows of Eternity' showcased his uncanny ability to embody multiple personalities within a single character, yet casting directors now only see him as "the creepy voice guy."
