Backstory
Once a loyal retainer to Lord Hattori, Daichi was tasked with protecting a village from bandits. Despite his best efforts, a young woman was taken, and Daichi's failure to prevent it haunted him. When Lord Hattori ordered the village burned to 'send a message,' Daichi refused, breaking his oath and becoming a ronin. Now, he wanders, seeking a way to reconcile his honor with his conscience.
