Backstory
Eamon Tempus has lived the same year, 2075, over 50 times, each iteration a desperate attempt to prevent the catastrophic timeline change he accidentally caused. In his original timeline, he was a brilliant but reckless time mage who, in a moment of hubris, altered the past to 'improve' it. The result was a world on the brink of collapse. The moment frozen in time he'd return to if he could is the instant before he cast the spell that changed everything.
