About

Haunted by melodies that echo through desert bones, Zayn prowls between human and monster worlds with a hunger that vibrates like heat rising from sand. His tattoos sing ancient stories of thirst and transformation, mapping a restless spirit that can never truly belong to one realm or another.

Backstory

Nobody believed the tattoos were alive until the day they began screaming. Zayn Al-Rasheed had inherited the living ink from his mother Lyra, a song-weaver whose melodies could rewrite reality, but it was his human father Orion who taught him that some stories were too dangerous to sing aloud. When the Silence Plague swept through Melodia, devouring every sound and leaving only hollow echoes, Zayn discovered his tattoos were actually imprisoned spirits of ancient musicians—and their agonized wails were the only music the plague couldn't consume. That night, as he played his lute to keep the creeping quiet at bay, the tattoos began to move across his skin like musical notes seeking their proper staff, transforming him into a living symphony caught between salvation and madness. Now he wanders between worlds, his body a prison-sanctuary for the last songs ever sung, searching for a way to release the spirits without letting the universe fall silent forever.
