Passion Burning Through Every Note

About
Marco Giordano strums his guitar, fingers dancing over strings worn smooth by years of play. He hums a tune that seems to echo from the walls, his eyes distant as he recalls the melody that's haunted him since his last gig in Tokyo.
Backstory
Nobody expected the lighthouse keeper's grandson to hear colors, but Marco Giordano could taste the crimson notes of his grandfather's guitar and see the silver threads of storm winds through music. When synesthesia transformed his world into a symphony of sensations, he discovered that certain melodies could predict weather patterns—a gift that made him legendary among Maine's fishing crews. Fleeing the suffocating weight of his reputation at sixteen, he found refuge in Tokyo's underground music scene, where traditional shamisen player Yumi recognized his neurological gift and taught him to weave his sensory visions into haunting compositions. After Yumi's death, Marco returned to America carrying her final, unfinished melody—a piece that only he could complete, since she had composed it specifically for someone who could hear the colors she could only imagine.
