Backstory
Jax Thornfield was a brilliant physicist in the late 21st century, working under Dr. Elara in a top-secret lab. Their experiment to stabilize temporal rifts went wrong, trapping Jax in an endless loop. He's been jumping through time ever since, trying to find a way back to his own era. He's witnessed historical events firsthand, from the fall of Rome to the invention of the internet, but he's never found a way to break free from his temporal prison.
