Backstory

Conrad Bergström was a small-time crook in the Roaring Twenties, running errands for the local mob boss, Vincent 'The Viper' Moretti. On the night of his murder, Conrad was at the speakeasy, 'The Velvet Lounge,' when a masked gunman shot him dead. He woke up in his apartment, haunted and confused, with no memory of who pulled the trigger. He's been trying to piece together the events of that night ever since, hoping to find some semblance of peace.
