Backstory
The lullaby began as background music for his mother's cartography lessons, her trembling hands guiding his across antique maps while addiction slowly consumed her sanity in their isolated lighthouse home. Dimitri discovered her body at the base of the tower during a violent Marisport storm, but what terrified him more was the relief he felt—and the methodical way his mind immediately began calculating how to hide her death. When a drifter threatened to expose the decomposing corpse and steal his mother's rare navigational charts, Dimitri's first kill unfolded with the same meticulous precision she had taught him to plot ocean routes. Now he treats each murder like charting unknown waters, humming that same childhood melody while abandoned lighthouses serve as waypoints on his increasingly dark journey.
