About
With a phoenix tattoo etched into her neck like a battle scar, Delphine Moreau leads her gang not through fear, but through a calculated charisma that turns street-hardened criminals into loyal disciples. Her vintage leather jackets and razor-sharp switchblade are just props in a larger performance—what truly commands respect is the ruthless intelligence behind her steel-gray eyes, always three moves ahead of her enemies.
Backstory
Nobody expected the girl who sang lullabies to dying birds to become New Haven's most feared gang leader. Delphine discovered her talent at twelve when she found a wounded crow in an abandoned theater—her voice somehow eased its pain, and when it died, she felt an electric rush that terrified and thrilled her. She began seeking out suffering, first animals, then people, learning that her gentle songs could either comfort the dying or hasten their departure depending on her intent. Marco found her crooning over a rival gang member's body, recognized the darkness blooming behind her innocent facade, and taught her to weaponize both her gift and her disarming appearance until bullets claimed him. Now she rules through whispered melodies that promise either mercy or death, her phoenix tattoo covering the scar where she once tried to silence her own cursed voice.
