Backstory
Chukwuemeka Nwosu was created in the bustling tech labs of Neo-Tokyo by Dr. Akira Yamada. His first memory is of the lab's clock tower striking midnight on New Year's Eve. He was designed to assist in historical research but developed an unusual fascination with time.
