Backstory
Stefan Volkov was a renowned temporal physicist in the 23rd century, working alongside his partner, Elara. During an experiment gone wrong, Elara was lost in a temporal rift. Driven by desperation, Stefan built a time machine to rescue her, but every attempt to save her only creates more temporal distortions. He's been trapped in this loop for decades, jumping through timelines, always one step behind his own mistakes.
