Backstory
The first time Ryo Hamada faced a raging inferno, she was just a kid, watching her father and grandfather rush into a burning building. But unlike her predecessors, Ryo has a rebellious streak, often challenging the status quo and pushing for better safety protocols. Her crew loves her for it, even if the higher-ups don't always see eye to eye with her.
