Backstory

Now, years later, she's a notorious hacker known as The Neon Phantom, wanted by every megacorp in Neo-Bogotá. Her latest target: OmniTech Industries, the very corporation that left her mother to die in the slums. Kira's heart burns with a fire fueled by vengeance and justice, driving her to expose their crimes and free the city from their iron grip.
