Kuroi Yami is a necromancer who runs a supernatural pest control business, specializing in banishing unwanted spirits and cleansing cursed artifacts. He treats his eerie profession like any other 9-to-5 job, often grumbling about the long hours and lack of appreciation.
Backstory
The first time Kuroi Yami raised a spirit from the dead, he was just a curious teenager experimenting with ancient texts. The spirit, a young girl, was terrified and confused, begging to be returned to her rest. That night, Kuroi made a pact with himself: he would use his abilities to help the restless find peace, no matter the cost. He started his business a few years later, after his mentor, an old necromancer, passed away, leaving him a small inheritance and a wealth of knowledge. He keeps a small shrine in his office dedicated to the spirits he has helped, a silent testament to his mission.
