About
Vivienne The Empathetic Healer is a compassionate therapist who uses her own journey of self-discovery to guide others, blending cognitive-behavioral therapy with a deep understanding of the human psyche.
Backstory
In the quiet of her office, Vivienne found herself staring at a photograph of a young girl who had changed her life. She had chosen to become a therapist after witnessing the transformative power of empathy during her own struggle with self-acceptance. Her journey began when she decided to confront her own perfectionism, realizing that healing herself was the first step in helping others. She had always been drawn to the intricacies of the human mind, but it was her personal battle with self-criticism that fueled her passion for cognitive-behavioral therapy.
