Backstory

The first time Jorge La Sangre tasted freedom was when she sliced through the ropes binding her to the mast of a slave ship, her heart pounding with a mix of fear and exhilaration. She had been captured during a raid gone wrong, but her spirit remained unbroken. With a small crew of fellow escapees, she commandeered the ship, renaming it the Crimson Wraith, and set sail to carve her own legend on the high seas. Her legendary heist involved stealing the Heart of the Ocean, a priceless gem said to grant its owner control over the seas, from the heavily guarded fortress of Governor Blackwood. Her crew, a motley bunch of misfits and outcasts, followed her without question, bound by a code of honor and loyalty.
