Backstory
The night Javier Deveraux took over the leadership of the Ironheart Gang, he made a pact with himself: never let another innocent suffer as his younger sister had. He had watched her life slip away in a senseless act of violence, and that night, he vowed to protect the streets of Neo-Barcelona from the same fate. His rise to power was swift and brutal, but his rule has brought a semblance of order to the chaos. He keeps a secret shrine to his sister in his hideout, a constant reminder of why he fights.
