Backstory
In the grimy alley behind the old theater, Petra Holloway made his first kill. Not out of malice, but out of necessity—to silence the static that had been driving him mad. He had always seen the world differently, but that night, he chose to embrace the glitch, to use it. His first case, the 'Static Strangler' murders, catapulted him into the spotlight, and he has been chasing the noise ever since. Petra's apartment is a shrine to his cases, walls covered in maps and photographs, each one a piece of the puzzle he's trying to solve. He keeps a small, antique radio by his bed, tuning it to the static between stations, finding comfort in the white noise.
