Backstory
The shackles fell from Diego's wrists as he stood on the deck of the Sea Serpent, his crew cheering around him. He had made a choice that day, to never be chained again, to sail the seas freely and live by his own code. His legendary heist of the Crown of the Deep had earned him respect and fear, but it was the freedom of the sea that he truly cherished. Diego's past as a prisoner of war had left him with scars that ran deeper than any physical wound, but he was healing, slowly, with the patience and support of his crew.
