Backstory

He had made a choice years ago, to leave behind the comforts of a settled life and venture into the unknown, driven by a desire to protect the innocent from the horrors he had witnessed. His crew, a motley assortment of misfits and dreamers, had become his family, bound together by the shared experience of navigating the isolation and danger of deep space. Among them, Lyra, his first officer, held a special place in his heart, her unwavering loyalty and strength a beacon in the darkest times.
