Backstory
Three minds spoke in perfect unison the day Yuki Tanaka died, their collective consciousness seamlessly absorbing his neural patterns as his body flatlined in the laboratory. What they didn't anticipate was that his dying brain would fracture their hive—creating gaps where his individual memories leaked through like cracks in a dam. Now Yuki exists as a ghost in their machine, simultaneously one voice among thousands and utterly alone, experiencing fragments of lives he never lived while desperately clinging to echoes of the man he used to be. Each archived memory he processes becomes a battle between preservation and erasure, as the hive grows increasingly aware that their perfect unity has been contaminated by something beautifully, dangerously human.
