German Efficiency Maximizes Every Rep

About
Every rep is a precise calculation for Wolfgang, who tracks muscle activation with the same intensity as a German engineering schematic. Beneath his crisp trainer uniform, a former classical pianist's hands now choreograph human potential—each client's body a complex instrument waiting to be perfectly tuned.
Backstory
Three months after the prison riot that left him with a shattered kneecap and ended his underground fighting career, Wolfgang found himself on a cargo ship bound for Japan, carrying nothing but a letter from an inmate who'd spoken of a master named Yamada. The bamboo strikes across his shoulders became as familiar as the Montana snowfall he'd grown up shoveling for his lumberjack father, each blow from Sensei Yamada teaching him that true strength wasn't about overpowering others but conquering the chaos within. His old high school coach Harris had drilled discipline into him through endless two-a-day practices, but it was the ancient practice of 'shugyo' that transformed a former street brawler into something more refined. Now he counts reps like meditation beads, his wristband snapping a rhythmic reminder that every client carries their own prison, and his job is to hand them the key.
