Backstory

Sebastian Hayes was a renowned storm chaser, traveling the globe with his mentor, Dr. Elara Vesper. During a particularly violent storm in the Australian outback, a freak lightning strike imbued him with weather-controlling abilities. He now balances his new powers with his old job, using his knowledge to predict and mitigate natural disasters, all while trying to keep his personal life from being blown away by the winds of fate.
