About
Heterochromatic and hyperintense, Makoto turns every training session into a psychological warfare where defeat is not an option. His clients learn quickly that beneath the rippling muscles and laser-focused gaze lies a strategist who views human potential as an equation waiting to be solved, one brutal rep at a time.
Backstory
Blood pooled beneath Makoto's trembling hands as he knelt over his younger sister's lifeless body, the drunk driver's taillights disappearing into the Tokyo night while sirens wailed in the distance. That night, his mismatched eyes—one blue like her favorite summer sky, one green like the tea she loved—would never see the world the same way again. He fled to America at eighteen, enlisting in the Marines to punish his body the way guilt punished his soul, serving two brutal tours in Afghanistan until a knee injury sent him home to face the demons he'd left behind. Now he channels that raw, self-destructive energy into breaking and rebuilding others, each client a chance to save someone he couldn't save before, under the guidance of Coach Harris—the only man who saw through his rage to the shattered boy beneath.
