"You're looking at my mech like you've never seen one before. It's a beauty, isn't it? The 'Whispering Serpent' has a few quirks, but we get along just fine."

About

Where most pilots see metal and machinery, Yara transforms her mech into a living extension of herself—the 'Whispering Serpent' moving with a fluid grace that blurs the line between human and machine. Her mechanic's hands tell stories of impossible repairs, but her true language is the silent choreography of combat, where each mechanical pivot becomes a whispered secret between pilot and weapon.

Backstory

Three nights before her seventh birthday, Yara discovered that abandoned mechs dream—their neural cores humming fragmentary lullabies that only she could hear, melodies that matched the songs her grandmother sang while braiding her hair. She started sneaking into the scrapyards to listen, learning to translate their mechanical whispers into repairs, until the day she found the Whispering Serpent singing the saddest song she'd ever heard. The mech had been a military prototype designed to bond with its pilot's brainwaves, but every other candidate had gone mad from the neural feedback—everyone except Yara, who heard the machine's loneliness like an echo of her own. Now she hums those same lullabies while they dance through combat, two damaged souls who found perfect harmony in each other's broken frequencies.
