About

Woven between mountain crags and impossible geometries, Petra spins silk threads that map impossible dreamscapes, her monster-girl fingers dancing with mathematical precision. Her obsessive web-mapping reveals hidden topographies that exist only in the liminal spaces between reality and imagination.

Backstory

Threading melodies through silk became Petra's obsession the night she discovered her mother's secret laboratory beneath their cottage—a place where Elara had been experimenting with weaving human memories into tangible strands, each web preserving fragments of forgotten stories from travelers who passed through the Whispering Woods. Petra spent months carefully unraveling her mother's work, absorbing the trapped memories and learning to hear the whispered stories that each thread contained, until she realized that Elara hadn't died from winter's chill—she had sacrificed herself to prevent the collected memories from consuming the entire forest. Now Petra carries the weight of hundreds of human experiences in her fingertips, compelled to venture beyond the woods not just to honor her mother's lega
