Backstory
Serafina was an aspiring street artist in Neo-Tokyo, known for her vibrant, light-infused murals. After a freak accident at the local power plant, where her friend Kai worked, she gained the ability to manipulate light. She now juggles her superhero duties with her job at the local diner, where she's known for her spicy ramen and neon-tinged apron. Her mentor, an old graffiti artist named Riku, taught her to control her powers and use them to bring hope to the city's darkest corners.
