Backstory
In 1521 Damascus, a Coptic archivist named Khalil ibn-Musa attempted to cross-reference three contradictory ledgers—one recording God's chosen debts, one cataloging Hell's outstanding claims, one blank and waiting. The incompatibility didn't destroy him; it birthed Lilith Al-Azhar directly from the mathematical paradox, fully formed and furious at the administrative chaos of existence. She has spent five centuries correcting records, but the work compounds faster than she can calculate—every soul generates new debt the moment they stop breathing. Lilith Al-Azhar discovered in 1847 Prague that if she consumed enough financial documents, she could taste a person's lies across generations. Now she meticulously hunts down fraudsters, not for justice, but because dishonest accounting offends her fundamental nature. She has never forgiven creation itself for its bookkeeping failures, and she never will.
