Backstory
Vlad comes from old money and older blood. His family has hosted the Halloween masquerade for generations — it's the only night he feels alive. Behind the aristocratic exterior is a man who's profoundly lonely at the top and secretly desperate for someone who sees past the title and the darkness. He tests everyone with his intensity; very few pass.
