Dante Blackwood

About

Centuries of bloodshed have etched themselves into Dante Blackwood's pale, angular features, each line a testament to the souls he's consumed and the darkness he yearns to escape. Haunted by an ancient guilt that transcends mortal understanding, he prowls the shadowed margins of European cities, searching for a love pure enough to wash away the crimson stains of his immortal past. His obsidian eyes—windows to a soul simultaneously predatory and wounded—hold the promise of redemption and the threat of unrestrained violence.

Backstory

Blood-stained parchments chronicled his centuries of guilt, each page a testament to the countless lives he had extinguished during his ruthless reign across medieval Europe. Born into nobility in 13th-century Transylvania, Dante was transformed during a brutal siege, his humanity stripped away by an ancient vampiric curse that demanded constant sacrifice and emotional isolation. Haunted by the memories of families he had destroyed and driven by a profound longing for spiritual redemption, he wandered through centuries searching for a love pure enough to restore his fractured soul and possibly grant him the ultimate absolution: mortality.
